When we receive your completed form, we will contact you with a fixed price for the repair or replacement, if you agree to the repair, you can either use our mailing service where we will send you a protective, Jiffy, bag to post us your key.
Alternatively, for speed, use the address label we send with your quote, to ensure your key doesn’t go astray, and post your key in your own wrapping. We will deduct the postage cost from your bill.
Whatever method you choose please ensure you mail only your key, without any key rings, via registered post.
Only on completion will you be contacted to make the agreed payment.
